- Enable
straightforward email communication between all committee members and
between all FOA club members - via two separate FOA email groups.
- Ensure that all the
FOA committee are on the FOA committee group and that all the FOA
committee email addresses are active
- Ensure that all club
members who have supplied a valid email address are on the FOA club email
group.
- Ensure that all
email addresses supplied are active (and remain active).
- Try to ensure that
where no email address is supplied for a club member it is either because:
a) The member has no email address
b) Someone else in the household receives club emails and would prefer to
pass them on.
c) The member specifically does not want to receive club emails
- Supply help and
advice to any club member who has a query about (or a problem with) the
club email groups.

- Coordinate the
periodic (Monthly) production of a club newsletter.

- Encourage canoeing
