I understand that I am responsible for the safe and promt return
of all equipment lent to me. I will reimburse the club for ANY
damage or loss while the equipment is in my possession. I
agree to the terms & conditions of the Loan Scheme. Borrowed
equipment must be shown to the Equipment Officer in order than
it can be checked against this form. If the form is not retrieved
by the start of the next Club Coaching Session or date agreed
with the Equipment Officer, the deposit will be forfeited.

You must be a Club Member to borrow Club Equipment. |

Equipment is only to be used for club trips or
events. (This includes Coaching courses leading to qualifications) |

Boats and equipment can only be issued
and returned on a club night (Wednesdays). Please
arrange to see an equipment officer between 6:00-6:30pm. Fees
are only due for the days that the equipment is actually used. |

Booking of loan equipment is on a first come
- first served basis. |

Loan form, £50 deposit cheque and fee(s)
must be handed to the Equipment Officer before any equipment
is taken. |

The person who has the equipment out on loan
is responsible for it. They should not lend it to anyone else
and must return it to the Equipment Officer on time to avoid
forfeiting the deposit. |

Loan of Club equipment must be arranged
through the Equipment Officer. |

With the permission of the Committee, Club boats
may be loaned out to instructors for non-club members. The fee
for such a loan is double that of the members fee per day. |

A £50 deposit will be required which will
be refunded if all the equipment is returned on time and undamaged. |

Anyone who abuses these conditions will forfeit
their right to use Club Equipment. |

All equipment is loaned out at the discretion
of the Equipment Officer. |
| 12 |
Rubber straps must not be used for tying canoes
onto roof-racks. |
