I am a member of another club from Scotland and will be in Liverpool for a few weeks in August. Is there a reciprical or temporary membership with FOA Liverpool?
Hi, We do have a visitors membership which allows experienced paddlers to use our facilities. Click here for the form Visitors Registration Form - Issue 2.pdf 34kb

I am a single parent. Under the new system it would be cheaper for us to join seperately. Do I have to pay a family membership if only myself and my daughter are members?
No, members are free to join with any combination of membership that they wish, however you must fill in seperate forms if you are joining seperately!. Please note that members under 16 will only be allowed to join when a parent is also a member of the club. You will then be responsible for them at club sessions and when on club trips.

What happens if I forget to join by the 1st of January?
Your membership will have lapsed and you will have to re-join and pay the joining fee (£10.00)

Is there still a Non-paddling Administrator category of membership?
Yes there is - see the membership form(s)

If it now includes all sessions at the dock will I be able to paddle on any night?
The club has a licence to paddle 6:30pm until dusk on Monday - Thursday and 10:00 - 16:00 at the weekend. You will need to keep to the Club`s guidelines when paddling at the docks. There needs to be a club official present who will be responsible for overall safety and locking the centre. ie it must be a recognised session. You cannot just turn-up.
