Launching, Efficient Paddling (both forward and reverse) Turning and Ruddering Preventing a capsize, support strokes and moving sidewards Capsize, Rescues and Rolling Journey or advanced Skills (ie towing)
Variety of tasks, games and exercises to develop the skills learned (Revision and other skills at the discretion of the coach)
At least ONE theory point to be made each week
Warm-down and survey of skills from session
All equipment is to be put away before leaving the lower deck. (Ask your coach to initial any skills achieved)
