A short stretch of the River Dee 1 mile outside of Llangollen offers several pool drop style rapids including a couple of good play spots. We use this site for some of our playboating and other white water courses.

Directions:
Llangollen is on the A5 (reached from the A483 if travelling from the North West of England.)

From the centre of Llangollen head out of town on the A5 towards Bangor.

Approximately 1 mile out of town look for a 3 storey old mill on the right.

Turn right in to the car park.
