Friends of Allonby Liverpool Canoe Club have kindly offered to host the European Club Championships for 2004.
The proposed venue is the Friends of Allonby Club facility in the centre of Liverpool; Queens Dock is within the Albert Dock complex of the regenerated docklands. It is purpose built and consists of two full size35 metre X 23 metre Pitches totally enclosed by pontoons. Part of the facility also includes a 20 gate flat water Slalom course.
The facility is adjacent to a Water Sports Centre that has all the usual amenities you would expect of a modern sports facility.
There are numerous Hotels, Restaurants, Bars and places of
entertainments within easy walking distance
