 Session Times and Details

Wednesday 3 hour Club Pool Session Starts 03/10/08 (3 X 1 Hr sessions). The session runs from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
Cost: £3.50 for 1 hour or £5.00 for a 2hr session (only if space available)

Main Pool Small Pool Ergo Paddling Machine
7:00-8:00pm Beginners Coaching / Independent Practise (Arrive for 6:45 and then get changed ready for 7pm. Maximises pool time) Please put any spare boats / equipment away after the session 7:00-8:00pm Beginners Sessions / Rolling Practise Free Use All Night
8:00-9:00pm Polo Development. Please put any spare boats / equipment away after the session 8:00-9:00pm Beginners Sessions / Rolling Practise Free Use All Night
9:00-10:00pm More Advanced Coaching / Independent Practise. All paddlers are to help put boats / equipment away. 9:00-10:00pm Beginners Sessions / Rolling Practise Free Use All Night



Austin Rawlinson is fully equipped, with a six lane 25 metre swimming pool, a smaller teaching pool, Lifestyles fitness suite and a huge range of sports and leisure activities. The club will have its "Ergo" paddling machine based there to help improve and develop your forward paddling. All members are encouraged to try it out both before or after their hours session in the pool. The format of the evening will be 3 X 1 hr sessions.
